I've been a little lax lately, got super sick, then dehydrated and ended up in the hospital today for fluids and such. Baby is fine, but I am still trying to catch up health wise. I'm struggling a lot to intake any fluids and to even get up and keep moving. I went swimming on Friday and got worse that night.
I've been eating soup and drinking water and gatorade, so its helping but I need to make sure I'm getting enough at the same time. I haven't been weighed since my doctors appointment the other day when they diagnosed me with a sinus infection, but I am pretty sure I'm the same weight. I will get back on the ball starting tomorrow. Thanks for keeping up with me everyone! And thank you to those that encourage me and give me strength!

Aerobics Day 2
Second round of water aerobics done! Even with a severe sinus infection I did it! WOOHOO!! I gained a pound though, but that is to be expected with the tiny fetus within my womb. I've been a bit lax on my water still, but I have been trying to keep up with it since I am so sick. I've been drinking root beer because for some reason it makes me feel better with this pregnancy.
Being sick has put me down a lot, but I am trying to get some steps in wherever I can, and whenever I am up I try to make sure I am keeping my body mobile and stretching things out so I don't get stiff or start to swell. I had sushi today for lunch huzzah! It made my tummy super happy. For some reason I am craving grapes. I just want grapes lol! I feel like I'm doing pretty well, and I am very proud of myself for going and doing my water aerobics even though all I wanted to do was lay here and sleep. I got my heart rate up to 157 today and had a workout time of 55 minutes!
My belly is sore, I think I overworked the abs part so I will need to take it a little easier next time and be more careful there, but otherwise I did pretty well!
Weight: 277 lbs.
Weight Goal: 170 lbs.
Daily Step Goal: 4,801/5,000
Daily Water Goal: 48/120 oz.

A Little Behind
So I may have started this a little late, but better late than never, right? My doctors have been telling me for years to lose weight, and whenever I start to it seems something happens to hinder that. This time, I was doing the keto diet and actually losing weight, when I suddenly became pregnant. Again. Go figure right? Well for the first 5 months of my pregnancy I was so sick I lost weight anyway, and was dealing with a cardiologist trying to figure out what was up with my heart. Now that we know what that is I am back on the bandwagon for losing weight!
Before anyone asks, I am 28, almost 29 weeks along with baby number four, a girl, and yes I have spoken with my doctor about losing more weight. He is all for it, so long as I am not making drastic dietary changes or starving myself.
To begin, I bought a fitbit versa. I can't exercise much, so I stick to walking, swimming and water aerobics. This child wont let me have much in the way of sugar so I am actually very careful what I eat. I cant have anything to drink but the occasional root beer, apple juice and icy water, so I mostly stick to water. I like icy water and I have a fancy water bottle (its just a flip top i think is fancy because i don't have to unscrew it) that I take with me EVERYWHERE. I feel like I am doing fairly well, even with all my medical issues going on.
I fully enjoy water aerobics, and swimming is amazing because I feel weightless and don't have to haul my fatness around. Thankfully I have a wonderful family pushing me and supporting me. I have three wonderful women going with me to water aerobics and one wonderful woman watching my babies so I am able to go.
I'm not able to walk much mostly because of the heat. And when I do go for walks I have a rolling walker I take with me in case my heart starts freaking out and I need to sit down. My step count isn't all that impressive most of the time, but I try. I have a low goal and even then sometimes I cant get it but I do try. So today I will start off with some stats, not many because some of them I won't be measuring until after baby comes, but some none the less. So- HERE GOES!
